We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Detail-oriented accountant skilled in Xero, QuickBooks, Excel; manages daily bookkeeping, reconciliations with Australian GST, BAS, and PAYG Knowledge. The ideal candidate must be punctual, disciplined, and capable of delivering high-quality work within deadlines in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping tasks.

Prepare financial records, bank reconciliations, and reports.

Work efficiently on Xero and QuickBooks (Online and Desktop).

Perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting records.

Assist in accounting and tax-related processes.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
Required Skills & Experience

ACCA Part Qualified

Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant tax, accounting or bookkeeping experience.

Strong proficiency in Excel.

Practical experience with Handy ledger, Xero and QuickBooks (online and desktop versions).

Good understanding of accounting principles.

Prior experience in Australian accounting and tax (sales tax) is preferred.

Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
