Sales Outreach + Closer for Viral Forge Media | Cold Outreach + Closing

We're a fast-growing content marketing agency that helps business owners and personal brands grow with high-quality short-form and long-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, etc.).

We’re now looking for a high-performing sales closer who can handle both outreach and closing, primarily through cold calling.

There will be no cap or limit on the number of clients that you can get for the agency each month. The packages that you would be selling are the following:

You will need to hit monthly targets and get a certain amount of sales

1: Standard Package $1950/ month

2: Premium Package $3750/ month

3: Ultra Package $6050/ month

We are aiming to prioritise selling the middle package as much as possible.

Responsibilities:

✅ Find and qualify leads (business owners, marketers, coaches, etc.)

✅ Cold outreach via social platforms, calling
✅ Book and close sales calls independently

✅ Clearly communicate the value of our video content packages

✅ Build long-term client relationships with serious, no-hassle buyers

✅ Suggest new outreach strategies and improve current workflows

Who We're Looking For:

Strong sales background (digital/creative agency sales is a big plus)

Great communicator with confidence in cold outreach

Comfortable handling objections and closing clients

Organized, responsible, and results-driven

Self-motivated with a growth mindset

BONUS: Experience selling video, content, or marketing services

Compensation:

Commission-only structure:

10%–15% commission on total monthly sales closed

No cap – the more you sell, the more you earn

Example: Close $8,000/month = $800–$1,200/month commission

Potential to scale with bonuses, recurring client deals, and long-term agency growth.
