About the Role

BlinkEstudio is looking for a confident and organized Account Manager who can manage client relationships while ensuring smooth internal project execution.

This role sits at the center of communication — between clients and internal teams (design, content, marketing, and development). You’ll be responsible for understanding client requirements, translating them into clear briefs, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Conduct regular meetings and follow-ups with clients.
• Understand client goals and communicate expectations clearly to internal teams.
• Share project updates, timelines, and performance reports with clients.
• Manage feedback, revisions, and approvals efficiently.
• Prepare project briefs and task breakdowns for internal teams.
• Coordinate with designers, content writers, marketers, and developers.
• Track timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Identify potential delays or challenges and proactively address them.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards before client submission.
• Assist in preparing campaign reports and performance summaries.
• Ensure KPIs and campaign goals are aligned with client expectations.
• Suggest improvements or optimization ideas where applicable.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in Account Management, Project Coordination, or agency client servicing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident in handling client meetings and presentations.
• Highly organized with strong time management skills.
• Comfortable using project management tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs95,000.00 per month
