Job Description:
1. Maintain daily financial records and update accounting data.
2. Prepare vouchers, receipts and expense records.
3. Manage petty cash and track office expenses.
4. Assist in preparing basic financial reports and maintain proper documentation.
5. Coordinate with the concern team regarding payments and records.
6. Handle routine office administrative tasks and documentation.
7. Maintain office supplies and coordinate purchases when required.
8. Manage record keeping, filing and office correspondence.
9. Support staff in arranging meetings, schedules and general office activities.
10. Ensure office procedures and policies are followed.
11. Assist in the recruitment process from job posting to candidate selection.
12. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
13. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and relevant departments.
14. Maintain candidate records and recruitment data.
15. Assist in preparing letters and onboarding documents.
16. Any other related task assigned by seniors.
Job Specification:
1. At least Graduation in Commerce or Business Administration or related domain.
2. At least two to three years of relevant experience in Accounts, Admin or HR.
3. Well-versed with MS Office and related ERPs.
4. Good communication skills, both verbal & written.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
