Job Overview

Sunday Bazar is inviting applications for the position of Accounts & Finance Officer. The selected candidate will assist in managing accounting records, financial documentation, and internal reporting activities. This role requires someone who is organized, dependable, and capable of maintaining financial accuracy while coordinating with different departments.

The position is suitable for individuals who can work independently and efficiently within a structured finance setup.

Core Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day accounts handling and finance-related administrative tasks.
• Record and organize financial documents such as vouchers and transaction files.
• Assist in account reconciliation and ensure data accuracy.
• Compile financial information received from different departments.
• Prepare internal financial summaries and assist in reporting tasks.
• Enter and verify financial transactions in a timely manner.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for tracking, reconciliation, and basic analysis.
• Contribute to month-end processes and financial reviews.
• Coordinate with relevant teams for payment and record follow-ups.
• Perform additional finance assignments as directed by management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounts or finance.
• Practical knowledge of MS Excel and commonly used formulas.
• Basic understanding of accounting procedures and financial controls.
• Strong numerical accuracy and analytical thinking.
• Ability to manage deadlines and workload efficiently.
• Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Candidates ready for immediate joining will be prioritized.
