Sales Manager - B2B Manufacturing

We are seeking a highly motivated and performance-focused Sales Manager to oversee and grow our sales operations, primarily for spare parts used in the textile spinning industry. The role requires a strong commercial mindset, in-depth market knowledge, and the ability to develop lasting customer relationships while driving business expansion.

Role Overview

The Sales Manager will play a key role in increasing revenue, identifying new market opportunities, and managing strategic customer accounts. The position demands a proactive professional capable of managing multiple product lines and supporting the company’s long-term growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement effective sales plans to achieve business targets and revenue growth.
  • Identify and develop new business prospects within the textile spinning sector.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and industrial clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Promote and market spare parts related to textile spinning machinery.
  • Explore and introduce new products and trading opportunities to expand the company’s portfolio.
  • Conduct market analysis to monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and business analysis for management review.
  • Handle negotiations related to pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements.
  • Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations and timely product delivery.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Represent the organization at client meetings, trade exhibitions, and industry events.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 5–8 years of sales experience, preferably within industrial trading or the textile industry.

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Good understanding of the textile spinning industry and its market dynamics (preferred).
  • Proven experience in B2B sales and business development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple product categories and adapt to evolving business requirements.
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
