Sales / Project Manager – Solar Division

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales / Project Manager to lead and support our Solar Division. This position is ideal for an Electrical Engineer who is keen to develop a long-term career in sales, project coordination, and operations within the renewable energy sector, particularly solar projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Manage sales and project activities for solar solutions, from lead generation to project execution
2.Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery
3.Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals for solar projects
4.Oversee project planning, execution, and basic operations support
5.Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
6.Monitor project progress, costs, and timelines to ensure targets are met
7.Support business development initiatives and contribute to growth of the Solar Division

Requirements:

1.Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BE Electrical)
2.3–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in solar projects
3.Strong interest in sales, project management, and operations
4.Good understanding of solar systems, project workflows, and client coordination
5Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
6.Self-driven, organized, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities
