Role Overview:
The Sales Agent / Business Development Executive is responsible for driving business growth by identifying, engaging, and onboarding medical providers across various specialties. The role requires proactive outreach, strong communication skills, and the ability to build long-term professional relationships with healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, research, and reach out to doctors and medical practices across multiple specialties to introduce the company’s services.
Proactively generate leads and initiate contact through outbound calls, emails, and structured follow-ups.
Understand each provider’s practice needs and effectively present service offerings (Products), including:
Medical Billing & Collections
Workers’ Compensation (WC)
Personal Injury (PI) Solutions
Credentialing Services
Address provider inquiries, concerns, and objections in a professional and consultative manner.
Maintain consistent and timely follow-ups until a clear outcome is achieved, whether successful conversion or closure.
Manage the complete onboarding process once a provider agrees to proceed, ensuring accurate collection of required information and smooth coordination with internal teams.
Maintain complete and accurate documentation of all interactions, follow-ups, discussions, and outcomes in the CRM and calendar systems.
Meet individual and team performance targets related to outreach, conversions, and revenue growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in healthcare, medical billing, or related services.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Fluent in English with strong professional conversation and presentation abilities.
Ability to work independently during the night shift and manage time effectively.
Strong negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable working with CRM systems and maintaining structured sales records.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
