Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Customer Retention Executive to join our team. This role focuses on both generating new business and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

The ideal candidate will be confident in cold calling, skilled in client communication, and capable of balancing sales growth with long-term customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and outreach
  • Identify potential customers and convert prospects into clients
  • Communicate professionally via calls and emails with clients
  • Prepare and share quotations based on client requirements
  • Follow up consistently to close sales opportunities
  • Re-engage inactive customers and encourage repeat business
  • Address and resolve issues from previous orders
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Update and manage client records in CRM systems
  • Track interactions and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience
  • Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or customer service
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with cold calling and outreach
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Experience with CRM systems (Zoho CRM is a plus)
  • Willingness to work night shifts (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM)
