Business Development Executive – Job Description

As a Business Development Executive at Decotechs, you will play a key role in driving the company’s growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities. Your responsibilities will include researching potential clients, generating leads, and developing strong relationships through effective communication.

You will be responsible for preparing and presenting compelling proposals, managing the end-to-end sales cycle, and negotiating terms with clients to close deals. Additionally, you will actively engage on various platforms to promote company services and convert prospects into long-term clients.

You will work closely with internal teams to align client requirements with service offerings, ensure client satisfaction, and contribute to expanding the company’s client portfolio and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquiring business through different channels (Fiverr, Upwork, Freelance, Guru, PeoplePerHour, Craigslist, etc.) For Web Designing, web Development, App Development, Graphic Design projects.
• Writing proposals and customizing each proposal based on the nature of the project.
• Project price estimation, quote, proposal creation, talking with client, and closure.
• Gather client requirements, communicate the requirements with the team, and deliver the project to the client. Talking on the phone, chatting applications, and Skype depending on the requirement from the client
• The candidate must possess convincing communication skills.

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
