Human Capital HR Solutions is hiring Accounts Payable Officer for its client in the Manufacturing / Cosmetics Industry based in Karachi. We are looking for a detail-oriented finance professional who can manage vendor payments, invoice processing, and reconciliation while ensuring compliance with financial procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and verify vendor invoices in the accounting system
• Prepare and execute vendor payments including bank transfers and cheques
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and supporting documents
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments regarding payment queries
• Assist in monthly closing activities and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance role
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
• Experience with ERP or accounting software is preferred
• Good analytical skills and strong attention to detail
