POSITION SUMMARY</b></h4><p>
The Application and Procore Administrator is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, training, and support of Metcon&rsquo;s construction management software applications, with a primary focus on</p>
<p>
Procore. This role ensures that project teams and business units are able to effectively leverage digital tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and collaboration. The administrator will partner with operations,</p>
<p>
IT, and leadership to develop best practices, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance.</p>
<h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</b></h4><ul><li>
Serve as the primary system administrator for Procore and other integrated applications.</li><li>
Manage system configuration, permissions, workflows, and integrations.</li><li>
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for endusers.</li><li>
Develop and deliver training materials, user guides, and onboarding sessions.</li><li>
Monitor system usage to ensure compliance with company standards and identify opportunities for improvement.</li><li>
Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and executives to align technology solutions with business needs.</li><li>
Maintain accurate records of system changes, updates, and user activity.</li><li>
Coordinate with software vendors and IT staff on upgrades, security, and feature implementation.</li><li>
Evaluate and recommend new tools or enhancements to improve project delivery and efficiency.</li><li>
Support audits, compliance checks, and reporting functions within Procore.</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
QUALIFICATIONS</b></h4><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in information technology, Construction Management, or a related field</li></ul><p>
(preferred)no mandatory.</p>
<ul><li>
35 years of experience in software administration, IT systems, or construction technology.</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

Proficiency in Procore administration (required); experience with additional construction management software is a plus.</li><li>
Strong technical troubleshooting skills with the ability to communicate solutions clearly.</li><li>
Experience in training, onboarding, and supporting users at all levels of the organization.</li><li>
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
PHYSICAL DUTIES</b></h4><ul><li>
Regular use of computers, software systems, and digital communication tools.</li><li>
Occasional visits to construction sites to provide inperson training or support.</li><li>
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while delivering training or configuring systems.</li><li>
Travel between office locations and project sites as needed.</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
