At Method Dental Lab, innovation and customer satisfaction are at the heart of everything we do.Position OverviewWe&rsquo;re seeking a motivated Account Executive to join our growing sales team at Method Dental Lab. This role begins with a hands-on training phase focused on learning our products, workflows, and customer journey. During this period, you&rsquo;ll engage in outbound prospecting&mdash;calls, emails, SMS, and social outreach&mdash;to develop a deep understanding of our value proposition and the needs of dental practices.Once training is complete, you&rsquo;ll transition into a collaborative selling role, working alongside our Sales Development team (SDRs) to qualify inbound opportunities, conduct demos, and close new business. You&rsquo;ll own the mid-to-late stages of the sales cycle, focusing on relationship building, needs assessment, and revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prospect, engage, and close new business opportunities</li><li>Manage the full sales process, from initial outreach to deal close</li><li>Leverage multiple sales channels and tools, including phone, email, SMS, and social media, to connect with potential clients</li><li>Meet or exceed monthly targets for new account acquisition</li><li>Provide sales forecasts and reports to management</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Proven track record in full-cycle sales, preferably in B2B environments (experience in dental or healthcare is a plus)</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills</li><li>Ability to self-manage and stay organized throughout the sales process</li><li>High energy, self-motivated, and goal-oriented</li><li>Comfortable using various communication platforms to engage prospects</li></ul>Compensation and Benefits:<ul><li>$50,000 base salary with a $25,000 OTE, plus uncapped commission potential, allowing you to earn beyond OTE based on your performance.</li><li>Health, dental, and vision benefits</li><li>Hybrid work environment (remote and in-office)</li><li>Opportunities for career growth and professional development</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Draper, UT 84020
