Position Overview

We’re seeking a motivated Account Executive to join our growing sales team at Method Dental Lab. This role begins with a hands-on training phase focused on learning our products, workflows, and customer journey. During this period, you’ll engage in outbound prospecting—calls, emails, SMS, and social outreach—to develop a deep understanding of our value proposition and the needs of dental practices.

Once training is complete, you’ll transition into a collaborative selling role, working alongside our Sales Development team (SDRs) to qualify inbound opportunities, conduct demos, and close new business. You’ll own the mid-to-late stages of the sales cycle, focusing on relationship building, needs assessment, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, engage, and close new business opportunities
  • Manage the full sales process, from initial outreach to deal close
  • Leverage multiple sales channels and tools, including phone, email, SMS, and social media, to connect with potential clients
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets for new account acquisition
  • Provide sales forecasts and reports to management

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in full-cycle sales, preferably in B2B environments (experience in dental or healthcare is a plus)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ability to self-manage and stay organized throughout the sales process
  • High energy, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
  • Comfortable using various communication platforms to engage prospects

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $50,000 base salary with a $25,000 OTE, plus uncapped commission potential, allowing you to earn beyond OTE based on your performance.
