Job Summary and Qualifications</h5>
The Supply Chain Technician is responsible for receiving, keying, and promptly distributing all supplies within the facility, as well as reviewing and maintaining all Min/Max levels for storeroom safety stock as well as all other stocking locations. The Supply Chain Technician is also responsible for conducting physical inventories of all POU areas according to the defined schedule.
What you will do in this role:<ul><li>
Deliver supplies in an accurate and timely manner</li><li>
Is authorized to transport and deliver legend drugs, non-prescription drugs, contrast media and drug-containing devices relative to core competencies of the position</li><li>
Place safety stock in proper location</li><li>
Receive expedited deliveries, accurately key receiving into the SMART system, and deliver to appropriate department(s)</li><li>
Receive all cross-docked items into the SMART system as appropriate</li><li>
Review Min/Max for storeroom safety stock daily and place orders appropriately</li><li>
Count par level areas (POU areas) weekly according to schedule</li><li>
Ensure POU items have the appropriate barcodes</li><li>
Perform QA random checks on totes per approved policy</li><li>
Rotate stock in POU areas and backup storeroom areas to ensure no items are out of date</li><li>
Check after-hour logs for charges and determine how to avoid reoccurrence</li><li>
React appropriately to POU &ldquo;critical point&rdquo; messages and stock outs</li><li>
Process all &ldquo;returns to vendor&rdquo; or &ldquo;returns to backup stock&rdquo; appropriately</li><li>
Provide assistance to the POU Station personnel as well as provide assistance with problems, questions and concerns at the nurses stations</li></ul>

Job Summary and Qualifications</h5>
The Sterile Processing Department (SPD) Supervisor is responsible for the provision of re-usable sterile products in all areas for use in the hospital. The Supervisor directs all activities in SPD, orienting and directing shift team members. The Supervisor ensures all SPD equipment &amp; records are in compliance with governing agencies standards. Consistently follows the National Standards and Recommended Practices for Sterilization, supplies, and equipment and promotes collaboration with physicians, nursing staff, department heads, and personnel of other departments. Adheres to national and state standards, regulatory requirements and hospital department policies.
Essential Job Functions:
1. Supervises personnel to work allocation, orientation and training, interviewing, staff development, problem resolution, evaluating performance, making recommendations for personnel actions, and motivating employees to achieve peak performance and ensuring employee output.
2. Collaborates with physicians, Registered Nurses and Surgical Technicians to serve in support role within OR. Responsible for supplies, instrumentation and equipment needed for surgical cases. Collaborates with OR board runner to ensure appropriate instrumentation is available for cases.
3. Assesses process for distribution of sterilized supplies and coordinates with areas involved to improve frequency distribution and monitors for effectiveness
4. Maintains Process Improvement and Sterile Processing Attendance Records. Maintains SPD record documentation as required by regulation and Hospital policy.
 5. Maintains a safe work environment by setting standards for staff use of universal precautions, personal protective equipment, and appropriate monitors.
6. Facilitates minimization of immediate use sterilization through heightened focus on the surgery schedule. Monitors productivity and quality and identifies areas for improvement.
Minimum Education, Experience, Training, Required Knowledge, Skill, Abilities and Other Job-Related Characteristics:
1. Education: ALL of the following:
1) High School Diploma or GED
2) New hires as of 01/01/2013 must have ONE of the following:
A. Graduate of a formal sterile processing technology program
B. Graduate of a formal surgical technologist program
C. Three (3) years of experience in a sterile processing technician role OR surgical technologist role.
2. Experience: New hires as of 01/01/2013 must have three (3) years experience in a sterile processing technician role AND/OR surgical technologist role.
3. Employee completes initial and ongoing training and competencies as defined by service line, facility and department/unit which are specific to the needs of the patient population served (if applicable).
4. Preferred: Graduate of accredited Sterile Processing Program or Surgical Technology program
Minimum License, Certificates, or Registrations Required:
Effective 01/01/2013: ONE of the following:
A. Certified Sterile Processing Technician (CSPDT) from the Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution (formerly NICHSPDP).

Job Summary and Qualifications</h5>
General Statement of Duties: Under supervision performs patient admitting functions which include scheduling and registering patients for radiological procedures.
 What will you do in this Role:
1. Takes requests for exams from physician offices, schedules patients for radiologic tests, procedures and admissions utilizing scheduling module; obtains accurate information on physician orders, pre-certifications and insurance plans, and enters the information into an appropriate system. Faxes and mails out reports to referring physicians. Separates batch reports and sends to appropriate areas to be place into patient&rsquo;s medical records for in house patients, answers phones and intercoms, calls Doctors for Radiologists. Coordinates procedures for Radiologists and patients. Responsible for calling on-call teams for emergent cases after hours.
2. Informs patients or the physician office staff about any procedure requirements such as preps and signed order by physician.
3. Coordinates scheduling exams requiring anesthesia or sedation with Anesthesia Group and tech and setup from OR for the anesthesiologist to ensure the availability of staff and equipment.
4. Registers patients for services: obtains required authorizations, demographic and financial information for the patient&rsquo;s medical and business office records and entering the information online. Will have patients fill out questionnaires appropriate to exam to be done.
5. Collects paperwork and ABN&rsquo;s when necessary on each patient and aligns pertinent documents for establishing the patient&rsquo;s medical records and financial file. Distributes documents to appropriate departments. When paper work is returned from departments it must be separated, organized and alphabetized before sending to medical records.
6. Collects deposits, deductibles, co-pays and other payments from patients to reduce bad dept expense and documents payment status in the system and charts. Prepares and submits daily deposits to cashier.

The Progressive Care Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care. In collaboration with medical providers, the RN provides pre-operative and post-operative nursing care. The RN serves as an advocate for patients to support an unparalleled patient experience.
What you will do in this role:
<ul><li>Assess patient condition during admission and during each shift, identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.</li><li>

Job Summary and Qualifications</h5>
As a PACU Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in the immediate post-operative care of surgical patients. Your responsibilities will include managing airway support, closely monitoring neurological and cardiac status, and responding promptly to any complications or side effects. You will provide initial wound care to the patients&rsquo; surgical site and ensure patient stability during recovery. You will collaborate with the surgical and anesthesia team. This role includes on-call availability during select non-business hours which will be discussed in the interview.
