We seek a talented Graphic Designer to join our team and develop engaging designs for our products.Job Description:As a Graphic Designer at Metis Learning, you&rsquo;ll conceptualize and create visual assets for our brands. You&rsquo;ll collaborate with product development and brand designers to design packaging, product graphics, and instructional materials that communicate the educational value and appeal of our toys.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop creative concepts and designs for packaging, product graphics, and instructional materials.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design concepts align with product goals and brand identity.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design to maintain the company&rsquo;s competitive edge.</li><li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.</li><li>Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for new product concepts and marketing strategies.</li><li>Assist in creating presentations and sales materials for retail partners and trade shows.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.</li><li>2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in consumer products or toys.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software, Indesign, etc.</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing creative design solutions and layout, typography, color theory, and sketching skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and passion for delivering high-quality designs.</li><li>Knowledge of printing processes and packaging design requirements is a plus.</li></ul>Join Metis Learning and inspire young learners through innovative design solutions.
