Job Description:

As a Graphic Designer at Metis Learning, you’ll conceptualize and create visual assets for our brands. You’ll collaborate with product development and brand designers to design packaging, product graphics, and instructional materials that communicate the educational value and appeal of our toys.

Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts and designs for packaging, product graphics, and instructional materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design concepts align with product goals and brand identity.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design to maintain the company’s competitive edge.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for new product concepts and marketing strategies.
• Assist in creating presentations and sales materials for retail partners and trade shows.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in consumer products or toys.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software, Indesign, etc.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative design solutions and layout, typography, color theory, and sketching skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and passion for delivering high-quality designs.
• Knowledge of printing processes and packaging design requirements is a plus.

Pay: ₹4,80,000.00 - ₹7,20,000.00 per year
