Key Accounts Manager – Pest Shields
Location: Chennai| Experience: 2-3 Years
Salary: ₹3.00 LPA – ₹3.50 LPA

Key Responsibilities-
Team & Service Management: Supervise 10‑15 technicians, schedule jobs, and ensure every service meets the company’s SOPs and time‑on‑site targets .- Client Handling: Respond to queries within 24 hours, resolve complaints promptly, and conduct monthly client meetings or audits .
- Operational Efficiency: Analyse manpower utilisation, suggest equipment upgrades, and track resource deployment to cut costs .
- Reporting & Compliance: Prepare daily/weekly reports for senior management.
- Training & Development: Conduct regular training sessions for field staff, assess technician performance (TPAs), and coach for continuous improvement .
- Inventory & Cost Control: Manage stock levels, monitor material consumption, and optimise inventory to stay within budget .
Qualifications & Skills
- 2‑4 years of experience in pest‑control operations (preferred) .
- Strong knowledge of Integrated Pest Management (IPM) and pest‑control techniques .
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and analytical abilities .
- Ability to travel, work flexible hours, and thrive in a target‑driven environment.
