Team Management<ul><li>Coordinate with design, content, field, production, and technical teams.</li><li>Conduct daily check-ins and maintain clarity on roles and responsibilities.</li><li>Provide guidance, support, and performance tracking.</li></ul>3. Client Coordination<ul><li>Act as the primary point of contact for clients.</li><li>Share progress reports, address queries, and ensure expectations are met.</li><li>Manage approvals and maintain proper documentation.</li></ul>4. Vendor and Partner Management<ul><li>Liaise with vendors for fabrication, printing, logistics, or field deployment.</li><li>Negotiate rates, monitor quality, and ensure timely fulfilment.</li><li>Maintain vendor agreements and track payments/POs.</li></ul>5. Operational Oversight<ul><li>Oversee day-to-day operations across all project sites.</li><li>Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality benchmarks, and compliance norms.</li><li>Plan manpower and material requirements for smooth execution.</li></ul>6. Budgeting and Cost Control<ul><li>Prepare project budgets and track actual spending.</li><li>Identify cost-saving opportunities without affecting quality.</li><li>Maintain financial records and coordinate billing.</li></ul>7.
