In this role, you&rsquo;ll provide energetic dog walking, personalized pet concierge services, home care services such as running errands and light housekeeping and compassionate animal care to ensure our clients&rsquo; pets are happy, healthy, and well-loved. This position offers a dynamic environment where every day brings new opportunities to connect with animals and their humans.Duties<ul><li>Lead engaging and safe dog walks, ensuring proper handling and supervision of dogs of all sizes and temperaments</li><li>Provide pet sitting services/home care services based on customers preference and/or service package</li><li>Offer concierge services like errand running for pet supplies, pet medication, pet food, and special requests from pet owners</li><li>Maintain detailed records of pet activities, behaviors, and any health concerns observed during visits</li><li>Communicate effectively with pet owners about their pets&rsquo; wellbeing, behaviors, and any notable incidents or needs</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Demonstrated experience in dog training or handling a variety of breeds and temperaments</li><li>Veterinary technician or assistant experience is highly valued for understanding animal health needs</li><li>Strong animal handling skills with knowledge of animal restraint techniques for safety and comfort</li><li>Background in veterinary or animal care roles such as kennel work or pet sitting that showcases reliability and compassion</li><li>Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary for supplies or equipment related to pet care</li><li>Excellent customer service skills to build trust with pet owners through clear communication and professionalism</li><li>Knowledge of pet grooming techniques to enhance the overall wellbeing of animals in your care</li></ul>This role is perfect for energetic individuals who love animals, thrive on providing exceptional service, and are eager to make a positive impact in the pet community.
