Job Summary
Join our vibrant team as a Pet Care Specialist, where your passion for animals and exceptional customer service skills will shine! In this role, you’ll provide energetic dog walking, personalized pet concierge services, home care services such as running errands and light housekeeping and compassionate animal care to ensure our clients’ pets are happy, healthy, and well-loved. Duties

• Lead engaging and safe dog walks, ensuring proper handling and supervision of dogs of all sizes and temperaments
• Provide pet sitting services/home care services based on customers preference and/or service package
• Offer concierge services like errand running for pet supplies, pet medication, pet food, and special requests from pet owners
• Maintain detailed records of pet activities, behaviors, and any health concerns observed during visits
• Communicate effectively with pet owners about their pets’ wellbeing, behaviors, and any notable incidents or needs

Skills

• Demonstrated experience in dog training or handling a variety of breeds and temperaments
• Veterinary technician or assistant experience is highly valued for understanding animal health needs
• Strong animal handling skills with knowledge of animal restraint techniques for safety and comfort
• Background in veterinary or animal care roles such as kennel work or pet sitting that showcases reliability and compassion
• Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary for supplies or equipment related to pet care
• Excellent customer service skills to build trust with pet owners through clear communication and professionalism
• Knowledge of pet grooming techniques to enhance the overall wellbeing of animals in your care

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
