This role involves identifying potential customers, handling technical and commercial inquiries, developing strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction through regular plant visits and follow-ups.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify, visit, and develop new customers across target industries (Power, Cement, Steel, etc.)</li><li>Conduct onsite plant visits for product presentations, inspections, and technical discussions.</li><li>Handle incoming inquiries, prepare technical and commercial offers, and follow up until order finalization.</li><li>Maintain existing customer relationships through regular field visits and communication.</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments (design, production, dispatch) to ensure timely delivery and service.</li><li>Prepare detailed visit reports and sales forecasts.</li><li>Support management in new business development and strategic partnerships.</li><li>Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing campaigns.</li><li>Prepare marketing reports, forecasts, and strategic plans for management review.</li><li>Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and upcoming procurement programs.</li></ul>Travel Role &amp; Expectations:<ul><li>Frequent domestic travel to customer sites, plants, and vendor locations (approx. 15&ndash;20 days per month).</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Qualification: B.E / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.</li><li>Experience: 2&ndash;5 years (preferably in Bag Filter, ESP, Boiler, or Industrial Equipment sector).</li><li>Skills:</li><li>Strong understanding of technical and industrial products.</li><li>Good communication in English and Hindi (Tamil preferred).</li><li>Negotiation and presentation skills.</li><li>Self-driven and comfortable with regular travel.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and report preparation.</li></ul>Compensation:<ul><li>Salary: As per industry standards.</li><li>Performance-based incentives.</li><li>Travel &amp; accommodation allowances as per company norms.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Commuter assistance</li><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
