If you have a passion for capturing stunning visuals that tell a property's story, join us in transforming how homes are marketed in 2025 and beyond.Key Responsibilities:&middot; Pilot unmanned aircraft vehicles (drones) to capture high-quality aerial videos and imagery of homes, properties, and surrounding areas.&middot; Perform HDR photography for real estate listings, ensuring optimal lighting, composition, and styling to highlight property features.&middot; Conduct 3D interior scanning of homes to create interactive tours and virtual experiences.&middot; Capture videos clips to upload to editors.&middot; Collaborate with real estate agents and team members to deliver exceptional digital services that align with client needs.&middot; Maintain equipment and adhere to safety protocols.&middot; Travel locally as needed to job sites within the Greater Birmingham Area.This position emphasizes strong photography knowledge, with opportunities to integrate videography skills in a fast-paced, evolving industry.Minimum QualificationsExperience:1+ years in photography and/or videography, with solid knowledge of cameras, lighting, composition, and photo styling. Industry experience in digital media or real estate is preferred but not a disqualifying factor&mdash;we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.&middot; A creative spirit and self-motivated mindset with a client-first focus.&middot; Strong interest in (or experience with) digital services for the real estate industry.&middot; Professional personal brand and willingness to travel locally frequently.&middot; Comfortable working in and around industry professionals, such as real estate agents and sellers.&middot; Willingness to obtain FAA Part 107 certification (required for drone operation; training support provided, including compensated time at $14/hour during certification process).Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.&middot; Must be willing to submit to and pass a drug test, criminal background check, and credit check.Preferred Skills:&middot; Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop Elements for photo editing.&middot; Experience with Adobe Premiere Elements for video editing.&middot; Familiarity with Microsoft Photos App or similar tools.&middot; Advanced skills in photography and videography, including HDR techniques and drone operation.&middot; Knowledge of real estate photography trends, such as story-driven content, AI automation in post-production, and immersive visuals like 3D tours.Target CandidatesWe are particularly interested in individuals with real estate experience, photography, or video backgrounds who are eager to grow in a dynamic field.
