Our Leeds, AL franchise is expanding and seeks a talented 3D Drone Pilot with a background in photography and/or videography, ideally in real estate or related fields. Key Responsibilities:

· Pilot unmanned aircraft vehicles (drones) to capture high-quality aerial videos and imagery of homes, properties, and surrounding areas.

· Perform HDR photography for real estate listings, ensuring optimal lighting, composition, and styling to highlight property features.

· Conduct 3D interior scanning of homes to create interactive tours and virtual experiences.

· Capture videos clips to upload to editors.

· Collaborate with real estate agents and team members to deliver exceptional digital services that align with client needs.

· Maintain equipment and adhere to safety protocols.

· Travel locally as needed to job sites within the Greater Birmingham Area.

This position emphasizes strong photography knowledge, with opportunities to integrate videography skills in a fast-paced, evolving industry.

Minimum Qualifications

Experience:

1+ years in photography and/or videography, with solid knowledge of cameras, lighting, composition, and photo styling. Industry experience in digital media or real estate is preferred but not a disqualifying factor—we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.

· A creative spirit and self-motivated mindset with a client-first focus.

· Strong interest in (or experience with) digital services for the real estate industry.

· Professional personal brand and willingness to travel locally frequently.

· Comfortable working in and around industry professionals, such as real estate agents and sellers.

· Willingness to obtain FAA Part 107 certification (required for drone operation; training support provided, including compensated time at $14/hour during certification process).

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

· Must be willing to submit to and pass a drug test, criminal background check, and credit check.

Preferred Skills:

· Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop Elements for photo editing.

· Experience with Adobe Premiere Elements for video editing.

· Familiarity with Microsoft Photos App or similar tools.

· Advanced skills in photography and videography, including HDR techniques and drone operation.

· Knowledge of real estate photography trends, such as story-driven content, AI automation in post-production, and immersive visuals like 3D tours.
