Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and reliable Tractor Trailer Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of trucks, including tractor-trailers, and possess a strong commitment to safety and efficiency. This role involves transporting freight to designated locations while ensuring compliance with all regulations and company policies.Duties<ul><li>Operate tractor-trailer units for the safe transportation of goods.</li><li>Manual transmission experience is a plus, but automatic-only drivers are welcome.</li><li>Ensuring proper handling and securing of cargo.</li><li>Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicles to ensure safety and compliance.</li><li>Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, vehicle maintenance, and cargo details.</li><li>Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.</li><li>Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that arise during transport.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for tractor-trailer operation.</li><li>Perferred 3 year experience in commercial driving, particularly with tractor-trailers.</li><li>Ability to handle various types of freight safely and efficiently.</li><li>Strong understanding of safety regulations related to transportation and cargo handling.</li><li>Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet delivery deadlines.</li><li>Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients.</li><li>Must be able to pass a drug screening as part of the hiring process.</li></ul>Join our team as a Tractor Trailer Driver where your skills will be valued, and your contributions will make a difference in our operations!Job Type: Full-timePay: $0.48 - $0.63 per mileBenefits:<ul><li>Fuel card</li><li>Paid training</li></ul>Trucking Driver Type:<ul><li>Company driver</li></ul>Trucking Route:<ul><li>Dedicated</li><li>Regional</li></ul>People with a criminal record are encouraged to applyWork Location: On the road
