Role SummaryWe&rsquo;re looking for a Graphic Facilitator who can listen deeply, synthesize fast, and translate complex conversations into clear, engaging visuals in real time. You&rsquo;ll support workshops, strategy sessions, leadership conversations, and community engagements by creating visual maps, frameworks, and illustrated summaries that help people align, remember, and act.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Live graphic recording (in-person &amp; remote): Capture meetings/workshops in real time using visual metaphors, icons, and structured layouts.</li><li>Visual facilitation support: Help design and run sessions using visual tools (journey maps, canvases, stakeholder maps, timelines, systems maps).</li><li>Visual summaries &amp; deliverables: Produce polished post-session outputs (PDFs, slide-ready images, one-page visual reports).</li><li>Pre-session preparation: Join briefing calls, understand goals, participants, and key questions; propose visual structure in advance.</li><li>Content synthesis: Turn messy discussions into clear themes, priorities, decisions, and next steps&mdash;without losing nuance.</li><li>Collaboration: Work closely with facilitators, program leads, and clients to ensure visuals match tone, audience, and outcomes.</li><li>Asset management: Maintain templates, icon libraries, brand alignment, and organized project files.</li><li>Continuous improvement: Evolve visual styles, frameworks, and workflows based on feedback.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>Demonstrated experience in graphic recording / visual note-taking / graphic facilitation (portfolio required).</li><li>Strong ability to summarize, structure, and synthesize conversations quickly and accurately.</li><li>Experience in urbanism, architecture, placemaking, community development, or public-interest work. Ideally 2+ years of experiance in any field.</li><li>Excellent visual communication: composition, hierarchy, typography, iconography, and storytelling.</li><li>Experience with remote delivery (e.g., Miro, MURAL, FigJam, Zoom) and/or in-person mural boards.</li><li>Proficiency in relevant tools such as: Procreate, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Fresco, Concepts, or equivalent.</li><li>Strong time management and reliability; able to deliver quickly after sessions.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: E&pound;25,000.00 - E&pound;30,000.00 per month
