Administrative AssistantLocation: St. Petersburg, FL (In-Office Position)MGE Management Experts is looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support multiple areas of the company and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Cover reception desk breaks and assist with front desk duties.</li><li>Organize and maintain client folders in alphabetical order.</li><li>Assist with live seminar screening and event support.</li><li>Provide administrative support to various departments.</li><li>Help maintain organized filing systems and records.</li><li>Perform data entry and other clerical tasks as needed.</li><li>Assist management with special projects and administrative assignments.</li><li>Support office operations and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.</li><li>Professional appearance and communication skills.</li><li>Comfortable working with computers and office software.</li><li>Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.</li><li>Ability to work well in a fast-paced office environment.</li><li>Previous administrative or office experience is a plus.</li></ul>What We're Looking For:The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, highly organized, and enjoys supporting different areas of a growing company.
