We're seeking a dynamic and strategic Learning and Development Lead to design, oversee and drive the successful delivery of MiCare's training and development initiatives. Based at our Carrum Downs location, with travel to other sites as required, this role reports to the General Manager, People Services. You'll lead programs that strengthen compliance, onboarding, induction and ongoing professional development, empowering our people with the skills and confidence to deliver exceptional, person centred care. This is a key role influencing how we embed MiCare's values, culture and commitment to excellence in the everyday experiences of our people. What You'll Do <ul> <li>Lead the coordination and delivery of learning and development initiatives across all MiCare sites and locations across Queensland and Victoria, tailored for a variety of aged care and community care programs.</li> <li>Oversee the mandatory training program and ensure compliance with industry standards.</li> <li>Design and manage MiCare's centralised training calendar, streamline the employee experience and onboarding program.</li> <li>Partner with leaders, and the HR team to identify capability gaps and implement tailored learning solutions.</li> <li>Manage our Learning Management System (AusMed) and produce timely training reports.</li> <li>Collaborate with subject matter experts, RTOs and stakeholders to enhance workforce skills.</li> </ul> What You'll Bring <ul> <li>Demonstrated experience and a passion for designing, delivering and evaluating training programs (ideally in aged care and/or community services)</li> <li>Sound knowledge of compliance requirements, including Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS</li> <li>Experience working with Learning Management Systems (AusMed experience desirable)</li> <li>Excellent facilitation, project management and stakeholder engagement skills</li> <li>Certificate IV in Training and Assessment - strongly regarded but not essential</li> <li>A collaborative, culturally sensitive approach and a commitment to inclusive practice</li> </ul> Why work for MiCare? <ul> <li>Save on tax with generous salary packaging benefits- novated leasing, general living expenses, meal entertainment, holiday accommodation and venue hire.</li> <li>Enjoy exclusive perks via our employee wellness portal- access to amazing discounts on everyday items.</li> <li>Achieve true work life balance - hybrid working between home and the office, with the flexibility to choose your primary office location.</li> <li>Act as a change agent- drive real transformation in a purpose led organisation.</li> <li>Be part of a multicultural, values led team making a real difference in the community.</li> <li>Grow with us- access professional development in a supportive, collaborative environment.</li> </ul> Ready to Apply?
