Whether guiding guests through our menu, upselling specials, or ensuring food safety standards, your enthusiasm will elevate the dining experience from start to finish.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit </li><li>Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery </li><li>Assist with food preparation and food handling to uphold sanitation and safety standards </li><li>Recommend menu items, suggest wine or drink pairings, and upsell specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales </li><li>Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and openTable reservations with precision and professionalism </li><li>Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables promptly and assisting in sanitation practices in accordance with food safety regulations </li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours in both fine dining settings and lively nightclub environments</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous restaurant experience with a strong background in food service and guest relations </li><li>Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus </li><li>Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques preferred </li><li>Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours </li><li>Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently </li><li>Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures </li><li>Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in fast-paced environments like fine dining establishments or nightclubs </li><li>Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations</li></ul>Join us to deliver memorable dining experiences through exceptional service, teamwork, and enthusiasm!
