We&rsquo;re looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and motivated Online Store Manager / Social Media Manager to join our team! This role is perfect for someone passionate about e-commerce, digital marketing, and creative content &mdash; someone who can manage our online presence and help grow our brand.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage and update our Shopify online store, including product listings, customization, and order processing.</li><li>Handle customer inquiries and ensure smooth online operations.</li><li>Create engaging visual and video content for marketing and social media.</li><li>Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.</li><li>Plan, post, and monitor content across all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).</li><li>Photograph products and projects for online and promotional use.</li><li>Curate and manage all published content (images, videos, written posts) to align with brand identity.</li><li>Use tools like Buffer, and Google Analytics to track performance, analyze results, and refine strategies.</li><li>Run and optimize Advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.</li><li>Graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).</li><li>Proofread all content to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency.</li><li>Stay up to date with trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and content creation.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in social media management, online marketing, or e-commerce roles.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of Shopify (product management, order processing, and customization).</li><li>Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing tools.</li><li>Ability to photograph and edit product and project images professionally.</li><li>Strong understanding of social media platforms and current digital trends.</li><li>Familiarity with SEO techniques and performance analytics tools such as Google Analytics.</li><li>Excellent written communication and proofreading skills.</li><li>Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.</li><li>A positive, team-oriented attitude and a passion for growing brands online.</li></ul>Join Us!If you&rsquo;re ready to take ownership of our digital presence and help us elevate our brand in the online space, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you!Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $48,738.83 - $58,696.23 per yearAbility to Commute:<ul><li>Chatsworth, CA 91311 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
