Online Store & Social Media Manager

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and motivated Online Store Manager / Social Media Manager to join our team! This role is perfect for someone passionate about e-commerce, digital marketing, and creative content — someone who can manage our online presence and help grow our brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update our Shopify online store, including product listings, customization, and order processing.
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure smooth online operations.
• Create engaging visual and video content for marketing and social media.
• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Plan, post, and monitor content across all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Photograph products and projects for online and promotional use.
• Curate and manage all published content (images, videos, written posts) to align with brand identity.
• Use tools like Buffer, and Google Analytics to track performance, analyze results, and refine strategies.
• Run and optimize Advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
• Graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Proofread all content to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency.
• Stay up to date with trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and content creation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management, online marketing, or e-commerce roles.
• In-depth knowledge of Shopify (product management, order processing, and customization).
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing tools.
• Ability to photograph and edit product and project images professionally.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and current digital trends.
• Familiarity with SEO techniques and performance analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Excellent written communication and proofreading skills.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and a passion for growing brands online.
