Focusing on delivering high-quality, sustainable services to their clients and fostering a supportive work environment for their team.Job Description<ul><li>Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.</li><li>Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation.</li><li>Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments.</li><li>Respond to emails and phone inquiries in a timely manner.</li><li>Support Human Resources team with on-boarding and off-boarding employees.</li><li>Support Finance Team with goods receipting process and employee expense reimbursements</li><li>Assist with credit card reconciliations</li><li>Book flights and accommodation</li><li>Book operational training requirements</li><li>Support site training mobilisation</li><li>Update training compliance records</li><li>Once a month travel to site is required</li></ul>The Successful ApplicantA successful Team Support Administrator should have:<ul><li>Previous experience in an administrative or team support role.</li><li>Strong organisational and time-management skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Experience using SAP</li><li>Valid Australian Drivers License.</li><li>Full Working Rights in Australia</li></ul>What's on Offer<ul><li>6-12 Month Temporary Contract</li><li>Immediate Start</li><li>Central Perth location with easy access to public transport.</li></ul>
