Work can be performed remotely but must be able to go into office when needed. The Bookkeeper/Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial records, reconciling accounts, managing payroll, and ensuring the accuracy of financial documents. Additionally, the role involves managing the daily operations of the office, maintaining office supplies, coordinating administrative tasks, and ensuring efficient workflow. Providing exceptional customer service and clear communication will also be integral to day-to-day responsibilities .QualificationsStrong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and team membersProficiency in administrative assistance and office administration to ensure smooth daily operationsFamiliarity with office equipment and technology to support workplace functionalityExcellent customer service skills to address inquiries and maintain positive relationshipsAbility to manage time efficiently and handle multiple priorities effectivelyBasic bookkeeping or accounting knowledge and experience is a plusProficiency in relevant software tools, including spreadsheets and accounting softwareHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office management or bookkeeping are desirableJob Type: Part-timePay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hourWork Location: Hybrid remote in Austin, TX 78746
