Role Description
This is a part time role for a Bookkeeper/Office Manager located in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area. Work can be performed remotely but must be able to go into office when needed. The Bookkeeper/Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial records, reconciling accounts, managing payroll, and ensuring the accuracy of financial documents. Additionally, the role involves managing the daily operations of the office, maintaining office supplies, coordinating administrative tasks, and ensuring efficient workflow. Providing exceptional customer service and clear communication will also be integral to day-to-day responsibilities .
Qualifications
Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and team members
Proficiency in administrative assistance and office administration to ensure smooth daily operations
Familiarity with office equipment and technology to support workplace functionality
Excellent customer service skills to address inquiries and maintain positive relationships
Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple priorities effectively
Basic bookkeeping or accounting knowledge and experience is a plus
Proficiency in relevant software tools, including spreadsheets and accounting software
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office management or bookkeeping are desirable
