This position offers an engaging opportunity to develop your hospitality skills while working in a vibrant nightlife or restaurant setting.Duties<ul><li>Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit</li><li>Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery</li><li>Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales</li><li>Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction</li><li>Assist with food handling, food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations</li><li>Use OpenTable or similar reservation systems to manage bookings efficiently</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate orders and ensure smooth service flow during busy hours</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub settings</li><li>Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; familiarity with cashiering and basic math skills is essential</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude</li><li>Ability to handle food safely, maintain sanitation standards, and follow proper food handling procedures</li><li>Experience with serving, bussing, host/hostess duties, and guest relations in a hospitality setting</li><li>Knowledge of food industry practices such as upselling, food preparation, and sanitation protocols</li><li>Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts while maintaining attention to detail</li></ul>Join us to deliver exceptional guest experiences through lively service, expert knowledge of the food industry, and a passion for hospitality.
