<div>We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience handling No-Fault 1st-party and 3rd-party claims. You will play a key role in supporting our attorneys by preparing cases for litigation, managing documentation, and ensuring that all client needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
Compensation:
$57, 500 yearly
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Prepare and file No-Fault 1st-Party Claims</li><li>
Draft and manage correspondence, pleadings, and discovery documents</li><li>
Organize and maintain client files, ensuring all documents are accurately recorded and filed</li><li>
Coordinate with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies</li><li>
Manage case processes, including obtaining medical records, bills, and other necessary documents</li><li>
Conduct legal research and compile information for attorneys</li><li>
Assist attorneys with trial preparation, as needed</li></ul>

Paralegal

<div>We&rsquo;re seeking a sharp legal assistant for our busy law firm who can help our attorneys and paralegals assist clients and keep the office running smoothly. You&rsquo;ll work with the team to prepare a variety of legal documents, and handle office correspondence like answering emails and phone calls, scheduling meetings and travel, and reminding the team of upcoming deadlines. If you&rsquo;re an excellent multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Compensation:
$55,000 - $65,000 yearly
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Complete legal research as needed under the supervision of attorneys and paralegals</li>
<li>Assist with the creation of various litigation documents, including pleadings, motions, subpoenas, affidavits, contracts, and briefs for case preparation, and proofread documents a needed</li>
<li>Process client billing properly using daily time records with help from the accounting department</li>
<li>Take care of administrative tasks and office correspondence by answering phone calls and emails, communicating with opposing attorney offices, taking dictation, and informing the team of upcoming deadlines</li>
<li>Make travel arrangements, schedule meetings and appointments for the team, such as depositions, and coordinate with outside vendors for events</li>
</ul><ul><li>Maintain attorney calendar as well as diary-appropriate dates</li><li>
E-filing</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Candidates should be able to type at least 50 words per minute</li>
<li>Some college is preferred; high school diploma or equivalent is required</li>
<li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines with quick turnaround times</li>
<li>Ability to comfortably use all Microsoft Office products</li>
<li>Some knowledge of legal software, case management, and docketing programs</li>
</ul><ul><li>At least 3-5 years of previous legal experience, preferably in personal injury</li></ul>
