We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience handling No-Fault 1st-party and 3rd-party claims. You will play a key role in supporting our attorneys by preparing cases for litigation, managing documentation, and ensuring that all client needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

Compensation:

$57, 500 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and file No-Fault 1st-Party Claims
  • Draft and manage correspondence, pleadings, and discovery documents
  • Organize and maintain client files, ensuring all documents are accurately recorded and filed
  • Coordinate with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies
  • Manage case processes, including obtaining medical records, bills, and other necessary documents
  • Conduct legal research and compile information for attorneys
  • Assist attorneys with trial preparation, as needed
