Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Esthetician Instructor to inspire and educate aspiring skincare and beauty professionals. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to lead engaging lessons, foster a positive learning environment, and stay current with industry innovations.Responsibilities<ul><li>Deliver engaging classroom instruction on esthetic topics including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and advanced aesthetic treatments such as laser therapy and dermabrasion</li><li>Develop detailed lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards that incorporate practical demonstrations and theoretical knowledge</li><li>Guide students through hands-on training in hair extensions, hair coloring, hair styling, threading, and barbering techniques</li><li>Assess student progress through evaluations, feedback sessions, and practical demonstrations to ensure mastery of skills</li><li>Maintain a safe, inclusive, and motivating classroom environment that encourages active participation and continuous learning</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends, new treatments, and certification requirements to provide current and relevant instruction</li><li>Support students in preparing for licensing exams and industry certifications by providing targeted coaching and resources</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience as an Esthetician with expertise in trigger point therapy, anatomy knowledge, facial treatments, nail care, and aesthetic procedures</li><li>Demonstrated classroom or adult education experience with strong lesson planning skills</li><li>Knowledge of advanced esthetic techniques including laser treatments, dermabrasion, deep tissue massage, eyelash extensions, hair extensions, hair coloring, threading, waxing, makeup application, and nail care</li><li>Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly while motivating students to excel in their careers</li><li>Certification as an Esthetician or Cosmetologist in good standing; additional certifications in laser treatment or advanced skin therapies are a plus</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple classes or training sessions effectively</li><li>Passion for teaching and empowering others to succeed in the beauty industry</li></ul>Join us as an Esthetician Instructor and make a lasting impact by sharing your expertise with eager learners.
