We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Esthetician Instructor to inspire and educate aspiring skincare and beauty professionals. Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging classroom instruction on esthetic topics including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and advanced aesthetic treatments such as laser therapy and dermabrasion
• Develop detailed lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards that incorporate practical demonstrations and theoretical knowledge
• Guide students through hands-on training in hair extensions, hair coloring, hair styling, threading, and barbering techniques
• Assess student progress through evaluations, feedback sessions, and practical demonstrations to ensure mastery of skills
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and motivating classroom environment that encourages active participation and continuous learning
• Stay updated on industry trends, new treatments, and certification requirements to provide current and relevant instruction
• Support students in preparing for licensing exams and industry certifications by providing targeted coaching and resources

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Esthetician with expertise in trigger point therapy, anatomy knowledge, facial treatments, nail care, and aesthetic procedures
• Demonstrated classroom or adult education experience with strong lesson planning skills
• Knowledge of advanced esthetic techniques including laser treatments, dermabrasion, deep tissue massage, eyelash extensions, hair extensions, hair coloring, threading, waxing, makeup application, and nail care
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly while motivating students to excel in their careers
• Certification as an Esthetician or Cosmetologist in good standing; additional certifications in laser treatment or advanced skin therapies are a plus
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple classes or training sessions effectively
• Passion for teaching and empowering others to succeed in the beauty industry
