Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our Urgent Care team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment, treating a wide range of acute illnesses and minor injuries.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform patient assessments, physical exams, and order/interpret diagnostic tests</li><li>Diagnose and treat acute conditions, including minor injuries, infections, and other urgent health concerns</li><li>Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans</li><li>Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and support team members</li><li>Provide patient education on treatment, follow-up care, and preventative health measures</li><li>Document encounters accurately and in a timely manner</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Current PA or NP license in Michigan</li><li>Certification through NCCPA (for PA) or ANCC/AANP (for NP)</li><li>Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, or Family Practice experience preferred</li><li>Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits package</li><li>Supportive, team-oriented environment</li></ul>Join us in delivering quality, efficient, and compassionate care to our community.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
