Job SummaryWe are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Personal and Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day tasks, scheduling, errands, telephone calls, and administrative duties. This is a part-time position (approximately 5-15 hours per week with additional hours possible) ideal for someone who thrives on variety, strong communication, and helping others stay organized and efficient.Key Duties &amp; ResponsibilitiesAdministrative &amp; Organizational Tasks<ul><li>Make and respond to calls, texts, or emails on behalf of the employer.</li><li>Organize and maintain digital files and physical documents.</li><li>Prepare simple reports, spreadsheets, or notes as needed.</li><li>Prepare mailings as needed</li><li>Develop and maintain address listings</li><li>Research and complete professional forms as needed, including government applications, grant applications, business filings, other duties as needed and assigned</li><li>Act as Office Manager for local offices as needed</li><li>Oversee administrative duties related to mental health and travel / retreat based business, including reservation management, client communications, payments, simple book keeping, and duties as needed.</li><li>Assist with local non-profit organization as needed and assigned.</li><li>Complete marketing tasks as assigned</li><li>Social Media support as needed</li></ul>Errands &amp; Admin Support<ul><li>Run local errands as needed (USPS, Fed Ex, UPS, local business contacts, etc)</li><li>Coordinate travel scheduling and tasks as needed</li><li>Book appointments as needed</li><li>Manage calendar as needed supporting deadlines, filings, upcoming commitments.</li></ul>Special Projects (as needed)<ul><li>Internet research (best local service options, pricing comparisons).</li><li>Travel planning (flights, hotels, itineraries).</li><li>Event and reservation bookings.</li><li>Marketing tasks as needed</li><li>Purchasing / Ordering as needed</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>$18.00 to $25.00 per hour</li><li>Mileage reimbursement</li></ul>10 hours per week averageEssential Skills &amp; QualificationsExperience<ul><li>Previous experience in an administrative, office assistant, or personal assistant role is a plus.</li><li>Experience organizing schedules, communication handling, or household coordination.</li><li>Familiarity with common office apps (email platforms, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills</li><li>Excellent communication (phone, email, text)</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently</li><li>Basic tech comfort (scheduling tools, spreadsheets, messaging apps)</li><li>Problem-solving and resourcefulness</li></ul>Helpful Attributes<ul><li>Reliable and punctual</li><li>Discreet with confidential information</li><li>Friendly and professional demeanor</li><li>Comfortable running errands/driving around town</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>High School Diploma (college credits preferred)</li><li>Technology literacy and Google Business familiarity</li><li>Ability to pass background check</li><li>Reliable transportation</li></ul>Candidate Snapshot&ldquo;A detail-oriented, dependable assistant who can balance administrative duties with occasional errands and planning support.
