Job Title: Electrical Engineer &ndash; Hydraulic Press ManufacturingResponsibilities 1. Electrical Panel Designing<ul><li>Prepare control panel drawings (SLD, GA, wiring diagrams)</li><li>Select components: MCB, MCCB, contactors, relays, sensors</li><li>Ensure proper sizing of cables, breakers, and terminals</li><li>Prepare and maintain electrical BOM for machines</li></ul>2. Machine Wiring &amp; Installation<ul><li>Wiring of complete hydraulic press electrical systems</li><li>Integrate sensors, solenoid valves, pressure switches, limit switches</li><li>Panel wiring as per design and industry standards</li><li>Support machine installation during build and testing stages</li></ul>3. PLC / HMI / VFD (Basic to Intermediate)<ul><li>Basic PLC logic development and modifications</li><li>HMI screen updates for parameters and alarms</li><li>VFD parameterization and testing</li><li>Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, and control hardware issues</li></ul>4. Machine Testing &amp; Commissioning<ul><li>Perform electrical testing of hydraulic presses</li><li>Verify interlocks, safety circuits, and emergency stops</li><li>Support trial runs and ensure machine cycle accuracy</li><li>Assist commissioning team during machine dispatch</li></ul>5. Maintenance &amp; Troubleshooting<ul><li>Diagnose and fix electrical faults in panels and machines</li><li>Replace faulty sensors, relays, coils, and switches</li><li>Attend breakdown-related tasks when required</li><li>Maintain logs, service reports, and documentation</li></ul>Skills RequiredTechnical Skills<ul><li>AutoCAD Electrical</li><li>Electrical panel design</li><li>Control circuit &amp; relay logic</li><li>PLC basics (Siemens / Delta / Mitsubishi preferred)</li><li>HMI &amp; VFD knowledge</li><li>Good understanding of industrial electrical safety</li><li>Knowledge of hydraulic machine control circuits (preferred)</li></ul>Soft Skills<ul><li>Strong problem-solving ability</li><li>Ability to work in a team environment</li><li>Responsible and disciplined working style</li><li>Good coordination with mechanical and hydraulic teams</li></ul>Qualification<ul><li>Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering</li><li>Certification in PLC/Automation (optional but preferred)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;28,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Rewari, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Panel Desgining: 1 year (Required)</li><li>CNC programming: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Rewari, Haryana (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
