Electrical Engineer

Job Title: Electrical Engineer – Hydraulic Press Manufacturing

Responsibilities
1. Electrical Panel Designing

• Prepare control panel drawings (SLD, GA, wiring diagrams)
• Select components: MCB, MCCB, contactors, relays, sensors
• Ensure proper sizing of cables, breakers, and terminals
• Prepare and maintain electrical BOM for machines

2. Machine Wiring & Installation

• Wiring of complete hydraulic press electrical systems
• Integrate sensors, solenoid valves, pressure switches, limit switches
• Panel wiring as per design and industry standards
• Support machine installation during build and testing stages

3. PLC / HMI / VFD (Basic to Intermediate)

• Basic PLC logic development and modifications
• HMI screen updates for parameters and alarms
• VFD parameterization and testing
• Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, and control hardware issues

4. Machine Testing & Commissioning

• Perform electrical testing of hydraulic presses
• Verify interlocks, safety circuits, and emergency stops
• Support trial runs and ensure machine cycle accuracy
• Assist commissioning team during machine dispatch

5. Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Diagnose and fix electrical faults in panels and machines
• Replace faulty sensors, relays, coils, and switches
• Attend breakdown-related tasks when required
• Maintain logs, service reports, and documentation

Skills RequiredTechnical Skills

• AutoCAD Electrical
• Electrical panel design
• Control circuit & relay logic
• PLC basics (Siemens / Delta / Mitsubishi preferred)
• HMI & VFD knowledge
• Good understanding of industrial electrical safety
• Knowledge of hydraulic machine control circuits (preferred)

• Responsible and disciplined working style
• Good coordination with mechanical and hydraulic teams

Qualification

• Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
• Certification in PLC/Automation (optional but preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
