Job Description 
Title: VP, Digital Marketing
Strategy is seeking a transformational VP, Digital Marketing to architect and execute the company&rsquo;s digital demand generation and brand engagement strategy. This executive will play a pivotal role in driving double-digit sales growth, accelerating new logo acquisition, and elevating brand presence in the market. Based at Headquarters, this high-visibility position reports to the SVP, Customer Engagement, and partners cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Business Development, Sales Leadership, and the CXO team to deliver high-quality lead flow from initial awareness to sales conversion.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Own the Digital Demand Generation Engine: Lead the development and execution of omni-channel marketing strategies, including paid, earned, and owned channels&mdash;to target industry-specific personas effectively and drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth.</li><li>
Website &amp; Digital Experience: Champion website strategy, UX/UI design, and ongoing optimization to attract, engage, and convert unique visitors into high-quality leads.</li><li>
Funnel Management &amp; Lead Nurture: Design and implement comprehensive nurture strategies, leveraging segmentation, personalization, and marketing automation to influence prospects throughout every stage of the buyer&rsquo;s journey.</li><li>
Brand Leadership: Oversee brand development and content strategy to create compelling messaging and assets that amplify awareness, trust, and loyalty among prospects and customers.</li><li>
MarTech &amp; Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage best-in-class marketing technologies and analytics platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, ABM tools, generative AI) to maximize campaign performance, improve operational efficiency, and deliver actionable insights to business stakeholders.</li><li>
Team Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing, multidisciplinary team spanning content, design, development, and digital demand. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.</li><li>
Agency &amp; Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external agencies and partners, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and achievement of measurable, outcome-based goals within agreed timelines and budgets.</li><li>
Budget &amp; ROI: Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, implementing rigorous measurement frameworks to track performance and report on ROI across all channels and campaigns.</li><li>
Stakeholder Communication: Proactively communicate progress, insights, and recommendations to executive leadership and cross-functional partners, translating complex data into clear business impact.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.</li><li>
10+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing leadership, driving both B2B and B2C demand generation with a proven track record of measurable results.</li><li>
5+ years of experience managing and developing large, geographically diverse teams in a fast-paced, global organization.</li><li>
Deep expertise in full-funnel digital marketing strategies, performance analytics, website optimization, content strategy, and integrated omni-channel campaigns.</li><li>
Strong proficiency with MarTech platforms: Marketing automation (Marketo preferred), CRM (Salesforce preferred), content management, intent data/ABM solutions, and prospect database tools (ZoomInfo preferred).</li><li>
Analytical acumen; demonstrable experience using data to optimize strategy, allocation, and execution for maximum impact.</li><li>
Experience managing significant budgets and delivering accountable ROI across complex marketing programs.</li><li>
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders across the organization.</li><li>
Entrepreneurial spirit, agile mindset, and a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement.</li></ul>
