We&rsquo;re searching for an EHS &amp; ESG Specialist who will help us advance our commitment to safety, sustainability, and community responsibility.

What You&rsquo;ll Do

The EHS &amp; ESG Specialist is responsible for establishing and supporting Microbiologics&rsquo; global Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) programs. This position will lay the foundation for a comprehensive company-wide initiative focused on workplace safety, environmental stewardship, sustainability, and social responsibility. As the sole member of the EHS/ESG function, the EHS &amp; ESG Specialist will work cross-functionally with the executive leadership team, site leaders, Safety Officers, and department teams to implement core compliance programs, maintain regulatory documentation, and support the company&rsquo;s long-term ESG vision.

Environmental Health &amp; Safety (EHS) 
<ul><li>In collaboration with others, implement and maintain global EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.</li><li>In collaboration with others, coordinate safety training, including onboarding, PPE use, emergency response, and laboratory safety topics.</li><li>In collaboration with others, conduct safety inspections, identify potential hazards, and document findings and corrective actions.</li><li>Support incident investigations, root cause analyses, and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.</li><li>In collaboration with others, maintain all safety documentation, including training records, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and regulatory logs.</li><li>Coordinate chemical hygiene, waste management, and environmental compliance activities.</li><li>Serve as the main point of contact for EHS questions and assist in preparing for audits or inspections.</li><li>Partner with Safety Officers and site teams to reinforce consistent practices and a strong safety culture.</li></ul></div>

Environmental, Social &amp; Governance (ESG) 
<ul><li>Support the development and coordination of Microbiologics&rsquo; ESG initiatives and sustainability goals.</li><li>Collect and maintain data related to environmental impact, energy use, waste reduction, and other sustainability metrics.</li><li>Assist in preparing internal ESG updates and external sustainability communications.</li><li>Collaborate with internal groups such as Sustainability, DEIB, and Culture Club to advance social and environmental engagement.</li><li>Participate in community outreach and volunteer initiatives aligned with company values.</li><li>Stay informed about ESG reporting trends and assist in evaluating relevant frameworks and metrics.</li></ul></div>

What You Bring
<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Environmental Health &amp; Safety, Sustainability, or related field.</li><li>
1&ndash;3 years of experience supporting EHS, sustainability, or ESG programs (internship or early career experience acceptable).</li><li>
Working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulatory frameworks preferred.</li><li>
Manager-level experience in manufacturing or laboratory settings a plus.</li></ul>

<div>We are currently looking to add a Director of Marketing Communications to our Marketing team in St. Cloud, MN. In this role, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth through integrated marketing initiatives. This role oversees digital marketing, marketing automation, website and content strategy, and brand management to deliver consistent and impactful results across all channels. The Director partners closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and the Executive Team to ensure alignment and measurable results while leading a high-performing team focused on innovation and execution excellence.

This is a full-time exempt position

<ul><li> Lead digital marketing initiatives across web, email, social media, paid media, and SEO/SEM to optimize audience reach and engagement.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Oversee marketing automation and CRM integration to streamline lead generation, nurture campaigns, and reporting.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Own and direct website strategy, content development, and user experience optimization to ensure a high-performing digital presence.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Own and manage brand positioning and visual identity, ensuring consistent application across global markets and marketing materials.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, and Corporate to align messaging and drive go-to-market success.</li></ul>

Education and/or experience required:
<ul><li> Master&rsquo;s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required.</li></ul>
<ul><li> 10 or more years of progressive marketing communications experience, including at least 5 years in a management role required.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Proven success managing brand, digital marketing, and content strategies in a B2B environment (life sciences, healthcare, or technology experience preferred).</li></ul>
<ul><li> Expertise with marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and CMS solutions such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, WordPress, or Adobe Experience Manager.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Ability to pass a background check and drug screening</li></ul>
