Please Note: This is a Senior Business Analyst role centered on strategic partnership, technology capability straategy, and enterprise initiative leadership. It is not a data analyst or reporting-focused position.

This role goes beyond documenting requirements. You will act as a strategic advisor, product partner, and champion for clarity while working directly with leadership at all levels to shape and deliver technology solutions that support our business strategy. This is a hybrid position, with regular on-site collaboration at our St. Cloud, Minnesota headquarters, balanced with the flexibility to work remotely. Because this role partners closely with business and executive leaders, consistent on-site collaboration is required.

What You’ll Do

As a senior member of our IT team, you will serve as a strategic partner to the business, helping shape and deliver enterprise technology initiatives that move Microbiologics forward.

In this role, you will:

• Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders at all levels, from frontline teams to Executive Leadership

• Effectively manage and prioritize the technology backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs

• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, allocate resources appropriately, and deliver projects within scope, budget, and timelines

• Lead cross-functional project resources to ensure deliverables are met and outcomes align with agreed scope and objectives

• Translate business strategy into clear, actionable requirements and solutions

• Facilitate discussions, build consensus, and guide teams through change

• Drive initiatives from idea through adoption, ensuring solutions deliver measurable business value

• Partner closely with technical teams, vendors, and consultants to ensure alignment and successful outcomes

Experience & Skills We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting enterprise business systems, not primarily data analytics or reporting roles
Experience managing technology backlog and partnering closely with business stakeholders
Experience working with ERP and CRM platforms, NetSuite and Salesforce preferred
Strong background in requirements gathering, process analysis, and change management
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional resources and drive projects to successful completion
Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall environments
Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and project management platforms
