About This Opportunity</b></div><div>
We are seeking a skilled Lathe Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating CNC Swiss lathes and a passion for precision machining. As a Lathe Operator at Microtech Knives, you will play a key role in producing high-quality components used in our premium knives.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Here&rsquo;s What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing</b></div><ul><li>Operate CNC Swiss lathes to produce components to specified tolerances.</li><li>Read and interpret blueprints and machining drawings.</li><li>Perform set-ups and adjustments to machines as needed.</li><li>Inspect finished components for quality and accuracy.</li><li>Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure high standards.</li><li>Maintain a clean and safe work environment.</li><li>Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.</li></ul><div></div><p><b><br>
What You&rsquo;ll Need to Win</b></p><ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience operating CNC Swiss lathes.</li><li>Proficient in reading and interpreting machining blueprints.</li><li>Strong understanding of machining principles and methods.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Good communication and teamwork abilities.</li></ul><p></p><div><b><br>
