About This Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Lathe Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating CNC Swiss lathes and a passion for precision machining. As a Lathe Operator at Microtech Knives, you will play a key role in producing high-quality components used in our premium knives.

Here’s What You’ll Be Doing

Operate CNC Swiss lathes to produce components to specified tolerances.
Read and interpret blueprints and machining drawings.
Perform set-ups and adjustments to machines as needed.
Inspect finished components for quality and accuracy.
Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure high standards.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.

What You’ll Need to Win

High School Diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience operating CNC Swiss lathes.
Proficient in reading and interpreting machining blueprints.
Strong understanding of machining principles and methods.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
