We love experience but untapped potential with a strong drive to succeed is all that is needed here.Microtel Inn &amp; Suites, Johnstown is seeking a determined individual with a strong work ethic, who can bring a positive energy with them. Must be able to follow directions and be willing to work as a team player. Although this is a structured environment, it is also a relaxed, fun atmosphere, to work in. Experience does not matter if you are willing to learn.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:<ul><li>Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by offering friendly and attentive service to everyone.</li><li>Resolve guest problems quickly, efficiently and courteously.</li><li>Communicate effectively with supervisors, and co-workers.</li><li>Comply to all security standards for guests, employees and the property.</li><li>Set up breakfast area and prepare food for our complimentary breakfast. Responsible for maintaining an appropriate amount of food.</li><li>Assist with laundry; sorting, washing, drying, and folding bed linens and towels.</li><li>Perform all other duties assigned.</li></ul>Essential traits include, but are not limited to, the following:<ul><li>ATTITUDE - Must possess a positive one</li><li>ATTENDANCE - Must show up for scheduled shifts.</li><li>ABILITY - Must have a willingness to learn (We will teach you what you need to know)</li></ul>EVERYTHING ELSE IS AS EASY HERE AS YOU MAKE IT.CANDIDATE MUST BE AVAILABLE AND DEPENDABLE IN MEETING A WORK SCHEDULE.
