This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise while contributing to a vibrant team.Duties<ul><li>Greet visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued</li><li>Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and direct calls accurately using proper phone etiquette</li><li>Handle front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings</li><li>Perform data entry, filing, and maintain organized records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office management tools</li><li>Support office operations by managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, proofreading documents, and assisting with clerical tasks such as photocopying and faxing</li><li>Assist with bookkeeping duties using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to support basic financial record-keeping</li><li>Provide customer support by addressing inquiries efficiently and maintaining a friendly demeanor at all times</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills</li><li>Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and data entry skills</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse audiences</li><li>Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service roles such as dental or medical receptionist is highly desirable</li><li>Familiarity with office equipment including multi-line phone systems, printers, scanners, and fax machines</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining professionalism at all times</li></ul>Join us as a Front Desk Staff member to be the friendly face that keeps our office running smoothly!
